Some good teamwork on our part (after the first 10 min anyways) really gave us a good advantage and allowed us to come back from a point where things weren’t looking so good.

This guy complained over and over again after the match that the map was unfair in my favor, no gold near to him made it too easy for me. Well if you look at the map you’ll probably see his gold isn’t really any further than mine (the first gold mine that is), he just didn’t do a very good job of holding onto it.

Pretty interesting game actually as he does some really good raiding and I do an awful lot of counter raiding, not many big army vs. army fights to be seen but still interesting.

I’m not entirely sure why he played this one so defensively early on, but it gave me plenty of chance to use my cyclops/army to take out his docks giving me a big edge.

A really good game I think, lots of action on my side of the map anyways. Again rather uneven teams (Triple Random League) on the surface but it turned out to be a pretty even match for the most part.

Weird but for some reason the stats on this one didn’t upload so I can’t check back to see who was playing just now. Anyways I go for the Hades FM and show that it can be very powerful, of course I could have added other troops into the mix but that wouldn’t be much fun now would it?

We go for the triple fast mythic, which is pretty silly but actually manages to work to some extent hehe. After that I decide to mass up a shade army so spend a good amount of resources sending un-upgraded hoplites into the enemy troops hehe. Man do those Hades UU’s ever take down a titan gate fast :).

They don’t fight for water very hard which gives me a big boom and puts jeebus in a bit of trouble as he goes no land at all. In the end though a great move with underworld passage gives cuehara a lot of trouble which allows me to take him off his central position with no opposition.

A pretty good game, I think I would have been better off using auto-queue at a few points because I had a lot of guys queued up but no resources, as a result my upgrades came a bit later than they could have.

A whole lot of team-work going on in this one. A little bit of lucky positioning with the gold mines gives me a good advantage in this one. I kind of waste my earthquake GP but by then the game was basically decided anyways I think. GG.

I’m not entirely sure why Mor didn’t dock at all, anyways it’s a shame that Hades gets no MU/water heros as he I would have been in very good shape if I had something like the scylla out there for me.

I know a forward build on such a large map by a greek person is really risky, but I had to give it a try. It turns out that it paid off big time as I was able to hop around all 3 of the KS’s bases and do some serious raiding/doubling.

They really push in to Achilles base and have us on our heels for a while. If you watch this game you’ll see a good example of how not to fish by Achilles. His fishing is so far out it’s a waste of population. My general rule of thumb is if the fishing is more than half a screen away start deleting it once you have the ability to make more vils to farm instead.

Hmmmmm I get doubled a little bit in this one…. dunno what to do!!! Anyways this game is a good example of how saskatchewan people play games due to the fact that myself and 2 other players in this game happen to be from the tiny population of Saskatchewan :D.

Excellent if somewhat long game. We get stalemated for quite a while, but I get one step ahead of him at one point and it gives me enough momentum to carry through. Another example of Hades FH vs. Poseidon (if somewhat slow).

I took things a bit too slack in this one early on in classical for some reason. Beyond that I think the thing that bugs me the most about this game is egypts overpowered siege. A pretty good game overall though I think.

Me and general agreed not to go water on this map for 2 reasons, first off he could FM, second…. well look at those relics, add those to Hades building bonus and how can you pass up being a complete tower whore?

Pretty good game, I didn’t realize that zorgile had frost…. why he didn’t use it on the Son of Osiris I still don’t know hehe. Good raiding by Mack in this one made it very difficult to keep villagers on gold, good thing for trade :D.

Really good game. I try out some whacky stuff at the start hoping to slow down his classical time by more than it slows my time down by. Unfortunately things go awry there as you will quickly see. But fear not I’m a tough son of a gun to kill off completely.

This game is a sure indication that the players in the top 25 definitely are not garunteed to be the best players out there. I mean this guy has 4 names in the top 25 (this not being one of them), and yet he plays like this? I made some major mistakes at points in this game, am unable to hunt for too long, and still I put up a decent fight. I wish they would put in some sort of different system for rated.

This game frustrated me for a couple of reasons. First off lag or something caused my Pestilence not to go off on his barracks. At the time I wondered how he had so many cav so early even with my pestilence. I think that alone could have swung the game in my direction. Add to that my silly defending of that tc near his base and a serious lack of econ. upgrades and this game just spells sloppy play by me.
