Grit does an awsome job of putting the hurt on General and all seems to be lost as I can’t hold two on my side while Teddy tries to help General, but never fear time for Ragnarok is near. Will it be enough?

Not often you get a good 4v4 that actually goes through, but this one is a prime example. I thought after me and Zorgile were pushed back into his base that we were done for, but things quickly started to turn around as 3 GP’s won us 3 forward tcs. First forest fire, then shockwave, then frost which gave me a huge amount of pop to deal with (probably should have given one of the TCs to zorgile) and Black a very small amount of pop to work with.

Man Ragnarok really saved me here. I wonder 3 tc vs 3 tc how I would have even stood a chance against him. All he had to do was spam out Hypatists and there was nothing I could do to break thru his defenses hardly.

Good smart playing by him got me here. I really should have held off from my raids once I saw that he was walling everything up. Game 2 of 3, the third one went missing but he soundly whooped me.

A couple of my raids were purely bad decisions by me, they delayed my heroic, took away from my upgrades etc etc. I just lost too many units taking out a handful of villagers and it cost me.

Pretty decent game overall, the amount of wood I had available got me a little bit worried, that plus the fact the trade routes were kind of crappy meant I only had one choice against a Zeus player, Wonder. I probably should have stopped building the wonder to kill his titan gate though :(.

They pull off a lot of good doubles against us, I love Grave Diggers style in team games, he really makes things difficult for his opponents, I’d suggest watching some games from his perspective if you get the chance.

Some good teamwork involved in this one, General looks like he’s going to die pretty bad, but you gotta love it when a zeus player makes it to mythic age :).

After I lost my forward base things started to look pretty bleak. It didn’t help that my economy just didn’t seem to want to get going in this one at all. This one shows the importance of teamwork as Chuckey spent too much time chasing me around and killing buildings where he should have been helping his partner from the double he was recieving.

My first ulfsark got stuck which I think cost me a fair amount early on. However things start to turn around for a while…. until I start losing tcs left right and centre. My biggest mistakes had to be the fact I didn’t have enough military buildings and the fact that I let him attack my tc for so long untouched on water.

I’m not really sure what this map is called. Anyways I think the biggest problem here was that we decided to go for water, but then no one hit the one guys fishing at all, so he just boomed away and slaughtered us on land.

I go for a mostly dwarf build here due to a lack of decent food at the start, it works not too badly overall, but I wouldn’t suggest it unless there really is no food available. He tries to raid me fairly early on, but it doesn’t work out so well overall.

Watch how I manage to multiply a whopping 1 sheep with my great hunt. Note to self never put sheep in with rhinos. He goes for the quick offensive, but unfortunately I don’t think he is a very good scout because he didn’t predict my economy setup very well. Therefore he lost his initiative and eventually the game.

East does a semi fast heroic which gives us a big edge as he quickly starts using siege on blue. I think the other team probably had a bit of miscomunication as they didn’t seem too organized on water or land at times.

Not a bad game, he claimed it was his first game with set, but I checked his stats afterwards and it looked to me like he was a smurf (who had used set 2 times incidentally :D ) so who knows. Anyways really close game I think it just came down to some key raids that made the difference in this one.

Not a bad game, I play a little silly at times allowing him to lead all my troops around with only a small amount of troops. I made a bit of a mistake with my frost, wasn’t really thinking to save it for his bronze. This was a non rated game and I did actually pick my god because I wanted to smack these guys around good :).
